Product Information:EN-130 is a chemical nickel-phosphorous plating solution with hypophosphite as reducing agent. It does not contain lead compound, and the plating contains 7 - 10% phosphorous by replenishment, it can be used for a long time This process offers temperature stability and contaminant tolerance for more consistent solution performance. The EN process chemically deposits a uniform nickel-phosphorus alloy on a wide variety of substrates. An important advantage of EN process is the use of LIQUID POTASSIUM CARBONATE, 47% as an alternative to ammonium hydroxide for pH adjustments when plating on aluminum alloys. This helps eliminate blistering on aluminum as the solution ages. EN-130 is supplied as a two liquid component system. EN-250A and EN-250B for make up and replenishment
